摘要
本文首先介绍了钢制焊接储罐在锌冶炼中的应用,接着阐述了CAD软件用于球形顶板的展开;有限元软件用于储罐整体结构的刚度、强度的校核。为钢制拱顶焊接储罐的设计提供一种高效、可靠的方法。
The paper introduces the application of steel welding tank in zinc smelting firstly, describes that the CAD software can be applied to the expansion of the spherical steel roof. The finite element software can be used to check the rigidity and strength of the whole structure of the tank. It provides an efficient and reliable method for the design of steel vault welded tank.
