摘要
本文介绍了提升阳极母线的工作流程及传统的阳极母线提升框架、半自动母线提升框架的结构及功能特点。详细阐述了新型阳极母线提升框架的结构改进及技术特点,该设备增加了力矩扳手、储气增压系统,对自控系统进行了改进,克服了传统母线提升框架及半自动母线提升框架的缺陷,降低了电耗和人工消耗,对电解铝企业降本增效起了很大作用。
In this paper, the working process of the anode bus lifting is introduced, the structure and function of the traditional anode bus lifting frame and semi-automatic bus lifting frame are introduced.The structural improvement and technical characteristics of the new anode bus lifting frame are described in detail, the torque wrench and gas pressurization system are added to this device, and the automatic control system is improved. It overcome the defects of the traditional bus lifting frame and semi-automatic bus lifting frame, reduces power consumption and labor consumption, which plays a significant role in reducing the cost and increasing the benefit of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
