高压油对排油阀密封区域的冲蚀磨损分析

摘要 本文首先介绍了排油阀在隔膜泵自动补排油系统中的工作原理和关键作用,并对冲蚀磨损及其研究理论作了简要概述。其次从流体角度和材料角度对系统中发生最大冲蚀磨损的关键要素进行了分析。接着对排油阀在关闭状态时的冲蚀磨损分Ⅵ个阶段进行了仿真分析。最后分两方面总结了排油阀冲蚀磨损对隔膜泵设备的影响,并对排油阀如何延缓、避免冲蚀磨损作了分析总结。 This paper firstly introduces the principle and key function of oil drain valve in automatic filling system of diaphragm pump, and gives a brief overview of the corrosion wear and its research theory.Secondly, the key elements of the maximum erosion wear in the system from the fluid angle and material angle are analyzed. Then the erosion wear of oil drain valve are analyzed by VI stages in the closed state.Finally, the influence of erosion wear on diaphragm pump equipment is summarized in two aspects, and how to delay and avoid erosion wear is analyzed and summarized.
