摘要
通过对佛山市五区的40个大、中、小型体育场馆的经营者及参加体育活动的部分人员和消费者进行问卷调查,并从调查对象的基本情况和对佛山市公共体育场馆提供的体育服务总体满意度等方面进行分析研究,从而提出建议:1)丰富场馆服务内容,满足多元化消费需求;2)增加经费的投入,完善场馆配套设施;3)提高服务质量,增强场馆的软实力;4)注重媒体传播力度,营造良好健身氛围。谨以此对促进佛山市公共体育服务的发展提供有益的参考依据。
By doing questionnaire survey on 40 samples of different size sports venues operators, sports fans and sports consumers from five districts of Foshan City, we analyzed aspects like basic status of respondents and the public service satisfaction provided by Foshan public sports venues. Suggestions are put forward: 1) rich venues service content, to meet diversified consumer demand; 2) increase the investment and improve the supporting facilities; 3) improve service quality and enhance the soft power of venues; 4) focus on media communication and create a healthy atmosphere. This article provides a useful reference for promoting the development of public sports services in Foshan.
