麻醉恢复期使用保温毯对改善妇科腹腔镜手术后的低体温和促进其苏醒的影响

The effect of heat preservation blanket during anesthesia recovery on the improvement of body temperature and the recovery of patients after laparoscopic operation

目的观察与分析在麻醉恢复期间保温毯对改善妇科腹腔镜手术后的低体温和促进其苏醒的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年9月到本院接收妇科腹腔镜手术的患者56例,将患者按照随机数字法将其分为干预组与对照组,各28例。56例患者在手术后均送至麻醉恢复室,对患者术后情况进行观察,针对对照组患者实施常规护理,针对干预组患者在常规基础上实施保温毯护理。对两组患者在手术后苏醒时生命体征以及患者低体温发生情况进行记录。结果经观察干预组患者低体温发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),生命体征优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉恢复期间对患者实施保温毯护理,能够有效降低患者术后低体温的发生概率,使患者尽早康复,临床中应当予以推广使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of thermal insulation blanket on improving low body temperature and promoting its recovery after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery during anesthesia recovery. Methods Fifty-six patients who received gynecologic laparoscopic surgery from January 2015 to September 2016 were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number method. 56 patients were sent to the anesthesia recovery room after surgery, the patient's postoperative observation, for the control group of patients with routine care, for the intervention group of patients on the basis of the implementation of blanket blanket care. The vital signs and the occurrence of hypothermia were recorded in both groups after surgery. Results The incidence of hypothermia was lower in the intervention group than in the control group(P <0.05), and the vital signs were better than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Anesthesia recovery during the implementation of patients with blanket care, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative low body temperature, so that patients recover as soon as possible,should be used in clinical practice.
