目的对上饶市立医院2016年度抗菌药物使用情况进行分析,为今后的临床合理用药提供可靠的参考依据。方法调取医院HIS系统中,2016年度抗菌药物使用情况数据,对销售金额、DDD值等相关数据展开统计分析。结果 2016年度全院抗菌药物销售金额为19 093 022元,占药品总收入23.6%,从抗菌药物的使用构成来看,非限制级抗菌药物销售金额为2 210 822元,占销售总额12%,限制级抗菌药物销售金额为16 430 996元,占销售总额86%,特殊使用级抗菌药物销售金额为451 204元,占销售总额的2%,抗菌药物使用强度为42DDD/百人天。结论目前医院抗菌药物使用情况存在抗菌药物使用率高、注射剂给药时间不规范等情况,在今后的用药管理中,应对其给予足够的重视。

Results The year 2016 antibacterials sales amounted to 19 093 022 yuan, accounting for23.6% of total income from drugs, antibiotics, non restricted antibiotics sales amounted to 2 210 822 yuan, accounting for 12% of total sales, limit the level of antimicrobial drug sales amounted to 16 430 996 yuan, accounting for 86% of total sales, the special use level of antimicrobial drug sales amount 451 204 yuan, accounting for 2% of total sales, the use of antibacterial drugs for 100 days 42 DDD/strength. Conclusion At present, the use of antibiotics in the hospital has a high utilization rate of antibiotics, and the injection time is not standardized, and so on.
