综述了国内外关于老年人补钙对骨质疏松、心脑血管、糖尿病三类疾病作用的相关文献,以及目前对合理补钙方法的临床研究,为进一步研究老年人合理补钙方式提供依据。

This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the effect of calcium supplementation on osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and diabetes, as well as the clinical research on the reasonable calcium supplement method, to provide the basis for further research on the reasonable calcium supplement for the elderly.
