牛山污水厂首次进行清洁生产时,整改方案简单且无节能功效。在持续清洁生产时,通过调整生产工艺,降低药耗,过程优化控制,更换设备,出水回用,最终达到清洁生产、节能降耗、减污增效的目的。

The cleaner production measures were simple and no energy saving effect when Niushan sewage factory was in theclean production stage for the first time. In the sustain clean production stage,energy saving,consumption reduction,reducing the pollution and increase efficiency were achieved in Niushan sewage factory. When some cleaner productionmeasures were used such as technical reformation,medicament reduction,process optimization,replacement of equipmentand water recycling.
