摘要
测定水中阴离子表面活性剂通常采用亚甲蓝分光光度法,但该方法存在操作复杂、有机溶剂消耗量大等缺陷。探讨通过优化操作,达到快速测定样品表面活性剂含量的效果。结果表明:所绘制的曲线方程线性好,检测结果精密度和准确度均达到标准要求,并降低了溶剂对操作人员的危害。
Detection of LAS in water is spectrophotometry method with methylene blue. However,the method has somedefects,such as complicated operation and large number of consumption of organic solvent. In this article,fast detection ofLAS in water is discussed by optimized operation,and which has good effect. The results show that the linear of calibrationcurve equation is good,and the accuracy and precision of sample testing is accord with the standard requirement,and itreduces the harm of the experimenter health.
