对我校复合材料专业学生就业的思考

Study on the Employment of Composite Materials Specialty

针对当前复合材料专业就业形势,详细描述了我校复合材料专业就业存在的问题,并对提高就业率提出了几点建议。首先,学校要加大复合材料专业学生的宣传,多与复合材料企业交流,实现高校-企业联培机制;其次,培养学生牢固的专业理论基础和专业技能,加强对学生的就业指导,树立正确的就业观念,鼓励毕业生选择对口职业;此外,学校要积极鼓励学生自主创业。

In view of the current employment situation in composite materials specialty,some employment problems existedare explicitly described and some suggestions of improving the employment rate are also put forward. First of all,universitiesshould strengthen the propaganda of composite materials,make more communication with composite enterprise and realize thejoint-supervision mechanism between universities and enterprises. Secondly,universities should cultivate students＇professional theoretical foundation and professional skills,strengthen the employment guidance for students,set up thecorrect employment idea,and encourage graduates to choose professional work. In addition,universities should activelyencourage students to self-employment.
