摘要
将铅酸蓄电池的正、负板栅用富含二氧化碳的蒸汽处理后,使其表面生成碱式碳酸铅,将其制备成动力电池极板后组装成电池,并利用仿真软件Simulink对所得电池的性能进行分析。研究发现通过这一方法可提高极板强度,还可提高电池的充电合格率及电池组循环的一致性,同时可使电池的使用寿命和性能得到明显提升。
The positive and negative grid of lead-acid batteries wad treated with steam-enriched carbon dioxide,and the surface was with basic lead carbonate,and it was prepared into a batterypack and assembled into battery.The performance of the battery was analyzed by using the simulation software Simulink.The results show that the strength of the plate,the batterycharging rate and the consistency of the battery cycle can be improved,and also the service life and performance of the batteryare improved.
