摘要
负极活性物质充电接受能力和利用率是评估自动化控制用铅酸蓄电池性能优劣最关键的指标。将一种纳米碳材料乳浊液加入到自动化控制用铅酸蓄电池负极使用的活性物质中,通过测试得出自动化控制用铅酸蓄电池负极20小时放电率的活性物质利用率提高了11%,充电接受能力提高了66%。在双样本T检验方法下对添加了纳米碳材料乳浊液前后自动化控制用铅酸蓄电池负极的活性物质性能提升的特性进行了分析研究。
Negative active material charge acceptance and utilization were the most important indexes to evaluate the performance of automatic control VRLA batteries.A nano-carbon emulsion was added to negative active material of automatic control VRLA batteries,and the utilization of negative active material was improve by 11%,and the charge acceptance was improved by 66%.Research on the obvious improvement about the performances of negative active material with nano-carbon emulsion of automatic control VRLA batteries was studied by using two sample T-test statistical methods.
