摘要
为了了解不同茧色蚕丝酶解产物的抗氧化活性之间的差异,选取白色茧、天然黄色茧和肉色茧为材料提取丝胶蛋白并进行酶解,以DPPH自由基清除率为指标,探讨其抗氧化活性差异.结果表明:天然黄茧的DPPH自由基清除率为44.96%,肉色茧为30.21%,白色茧为28.85%,因而天然黄色茧的抗氧化活性最高、肉色茧次之、白色茧的抗氧化活性最低.
In order to find out the difference of antioxidant activity of different cocoon colors, select white cocoon, natural yellow cocoon and cocoon color material for extracting sericin protein and enzyme solution, with DPPH free radical clearance rate as the index, it probes its antioxidant activity. Results show that the natural yellow cocoon of DPPH free radical clearance rate was 44.96%, color cocoon was 30.21%, white cocoon was 28.85%, and thus the highest antioxidant activity of natural yellow cocoon, cocoon color times, white cocoon antioxidant activity.
