关于深入推进宁夏现代农业发展的理性思考——基于供给侧结构性改革的视角

Thoughts on promoting the construction of modern agriculture in Ningxia——From the perspective of supply-side reform

文章立足宁夏实际,在分析农业发展现状基础上,梳理出了宁夏现代农业发展中存在的问题,并且从农业供给侧改革的视角,着重从产业体系、生产体系和经营体系三个角度对推进宁夏现代农业发展进行深入思考,从而弥补"新四化"协同发展的"短板".

In this paper, based on the current situation of agricultural development,summarizes the existing problems in the development of agriculture in Ningxia. And starting from the agricultural supply side reforms, emphatically discusses the promotion of Ningxia modern agriculture construction from three aspects of industrial system, production system and management system,which make up the ＂short board＂ of coordinated development of ＂new four modernizations＂.
