摘要
300 MW发电机转子力学性能、超声检测、磁粉检测要求高,制造难度极大,制造厂极易因磁粉检测不合格,导致报废。通过严格把控炼钢工序,有效地降低钢水中微小夹杂物,极大地提高了钢水纯净度。
The requirements of mechanical properties of 300 MW generator rotors,as well as ultrasonic test and magnetic particles test are very high,the manufacture of it is extremely hard,the rotors may be rejected simply by the failure of magnetic particles test at manufacture＇s. Through controlling the steelmaking processes very strictly can effectively reduce the tiny inclusions in molten steel and significantly improve the purity of it.
