斜向旋喷桩加固既有重载铁路路基状态评估 被引量:5

摘要 以斜向旋喷桩加固朔黄重载铁路路基为工程背景,通过对典型路基断面进行现场检测,评价加固前后的路基状态。对相应断面路基的稳定性进行分析计算,得到加固前后的稳定安全系数。并借助于有限元软件进行平面建模,分析加固前后列车荷载作用下的路基面的沉降。对斜向旋喷桩的加固效果进行综合评估,结果表明斜向旋喷桩对提高路基稳定性及降低路基面的沉降具有积极作用,可供类似工程参考。 In this paper, the heavy haul railway subgrade of Shuo Huang was taken as an engineering example,which was reinforced by the inclined rotary jet grouting pile. Through the field test of typical subgrade section,the subgrade condition before and after reinforcement was evaluated. The stability of the subgrade of thecorresponding section was analyzed and calculated, and the stability safety factor was obtained before and afterthe reinforcement. With the aid of the finite element software, the plane model was established, and the settlementof the subgrade surface under the action of the train load was evaluated. The reinforcement effect of inclinedrotary jet grouting pile was comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the oblique jet grouting pile has anactive effect on improving the stability of subgrade and reducing the settlement of subgrade surface, which can bereferred by similar projects.
