摘要
为了寻找一种合理的评价SBS改性沥青性能的针入度测试方法,在3种针重、4种温度条件下,对不同改性剂掺量和结构类型的SBS改性沥青进行针入度试验,同时,采用车辙试验对SBS改性沥青混合料的高温性能进行分析。试验结果表明:标准针入度测试方法下测定的针入度难以反映不同改性沥青的稠度差异及高温性能差异。在对试验条件修正为"试验温度30℃,针重150 g,贯入时间5 s",即修正针入度法后,所测得的针入度能较好地评价SBS改性沥青的感温性能,且SBS改性沥青针入度大小与混合料高温性能有良好的相关性。
To find the penetration test method which could evaluate the property of SBS modified asphaltreasonably, SBS modified asphalt with different dosages and types of SBS modifier were characterized usingpenetration test under three penetration weights and four different temperatures. Meanwhile, the high temperatureperformance of SBS modified asphalt mixture was studied. The results show that penetration measured undercurrent specification method (25 ℃, 100 g, 5 s) could not identify the difference of viscosity and high temperatureproperty of different SBS modified asphalt. When the test conditions are revised to “penetration weight of 150 g,test temperature of 30 ℃, penetration time of 5 s”, the penetration of different SBS modified asphalt measured byrevised test method could be used to evaluate the temperature susceptibility of SBS modified asphalt accuratelyand are closely related to the dynamic stability of mixture.
