摘要 公平是学校管理的基本原则和重要基础,质量是学校发展的核心要素和重要目标。追求公平有质量的学校教育,是当代世界各国教育改革与发展的主题,也是我国建设社会主义和谐社会的重要议题。真正的公平,是有差异的教育。教育直面差异,需要接纳和包容,需要多样和丰富,需要引导和规划。只有真正做到面对每一个,发展好每一个,才能走向公平有质量的学校教育。 Equity is the basic principle and important basis of school administration, and quality is the core element and main goal of school development. Pursuit of equal and qualified school education is the topic of international educational reform and development, and it is also the important issue of China's construction of harmonious society. True equity is different education. Facing up to differences needs acceptance and tolerance, varieties and richness, and guidance and planning. Only by facing everyone and developing everyone can equal and qualified education be realized.
