珍芝清元膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病失眠患者50例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of chronic insomnia patients with obstructive pulmonary disease with the Zhenzhi Qingyuan ointment

目的:进行单用珍芝清元膏中药复方制剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病失眠患者(COPD)。并通过与对照组进行疗效分析,以证明珍芝清元膏在治疗慢阻肺方面的疗效。方法:笔者用珍芝清元膏治疗慢阻肺失眠患者50例,与西医对症支持治疗慢阻肺患者50例进行临床对照观察。结果:治疗组的显著好转率及总有效率分别为58%、86%,明显高于对照组(24%、60%),两者存在显著性差异(P<0.05),同时治疗组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数为(6.12±2.13),明显高于对照组(12.54±1.25);两组治疗前后的睡眠质量也存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:珍芝清元膏对COPD失眠患者的治疗临床疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the effect of the Zhenzhi Qingyuan ointment on chronic insomnia patients with obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： 50 cases were treated with the Zhenzhi Qingyuan ointment, who were contrasted with western medicine of another 50 cases. Results： The significant improvement rate and total effective rate in the treatment group was 58% and 86% respectively,which were significantly higher than 24% and 60% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the treatment group was（6.12±2.13）, were significantly higher than（12.54±1.25） in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zhenzhi Qingyuan ointment had significant clinical effect on chronic insomnia patients with obstructive pulmonary disease.
