中风胶囊对中风病恢复期气虚血瘀证患者肌力改善的临床观察

Clinical observation on improving muscle strength of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery of stroke with the Zhongfeng capsule

目的:观察中风胶囊对中风病恢复期气虚血瘀证患者肌力改善的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月于河南省中医药研究院附属医院接受治疗的中风病恢复期气虚血瘀证患者150例,将其随机分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75),两组均给予内科基础药物治疗,观察组加用中风胶囊,对照组以通心络胶囊为平行对照进行随机临床试验。比较治疗前后两组患者患侧肌力分级变化、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)。结果:经治疗6周后,两组患者患侧肌力分级均有升高,观察组明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均有明显的降低,观察组明显低于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者的日常生活活动能力评分均有所提高,观察组明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:使用中风胶囊能明显改善中风病恢复期气虚血瘀证患者的肌力,改善患者的神经功能,减轻致残率,提高日常生活活动能力。

Objective： To observe the effects of the Zhongfeng capsule on muscle strength of apoplexy patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in convalescent period. Methods： 150 cases from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（n = 75） and control group（n = 75）; both groups received routine medicine treatment; the observation group was given the Zhongfeng capsule while the control group was given the Tongxinluo capsule for parallel randomized clinical trial. Side muscle strength grading changes, neurological impairment score, daily living ability score in two groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared. Results： In 6 weeks of treatment, the muscular strength of the affected side in two groups was increased; the observation group was significantly better than the control group; the difference between the groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The neurological impairment scores in two groups were significantly lower; the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of activities of daily living in the groups were improved; the observation group was significantly higher than the control group; the difference between the groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zhongfeng capsule could significantly improve the muscle strength of the patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the convalescence stage of apoplexy, improve the nerve function of the patients, reduce the disability rate, and improve the activities of daily living.
