消肿止痛胶囊对急性颈椎脊髓损伤患者血液流变学的影响

Efficacy of the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule on blood rheology in patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury

目的:探讨口服消肿止痛胶囊对急性颈椎脊髓损伤患者的血液流变学的影响。方法:30例急性颈椎脊髓损伤患者(不含重症颈椎脊髓损伤患者)分为对照组和观察组,对照组用常规治疗方法,观察组口服消肿止痛胶囊(本院自制制剂),两组分别于治疗前和治疗后5d、15d检测患者的血液流变学指标:全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数。结果:口服消肿止痛胶囊患者的血液流变学指标明显改善,而且有显著差异性。传统的常规疗法患者的血液流变学指标未见明显改善。结论:口服消肿止痛胶囊可以发挥中药优势,避免西药的不良作用,改善了急性颈椎脊髓损伤患者的微循环,从而对急性颈椎脊髓损伤患者起到保护作用。

Objective： To explore the effects of oral administration of the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule on blood rheology of patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury. Methods： 30 cases of acute cervical spinal cord injury patients（excluding patients without severe cervical spinal cord injury） were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group; the control group was treated by conventional treatment;the observation group was treated with the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule（the self-made preparation）. Blood rheology indexes of whole blood viscosity, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation in the groups were detected before treatment, in 5 d and 15 d after treatment respectively. Results： The indexes of hemorheology in patients with Oral administration of the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule were significantly improved, and there was a significant difference. The blood rheology indexes of the traditional routine treatment patients were not improved significantly. Conclusion： Oral administration of the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule could full play the advantages of TCM medicine,avoid the adverse effects of Western medicine and improve the microcirculation of patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury, thus it played a protective role in treating acute cervical spinal cord injury.
