针灸治疗腹型肥胖症的文献研究

Literature research on treating abdominal obesity by acupuncture and moxibustion

目的:通过对针灸治疗腹型肥胖症的相关文献进行分析整理,希望归纳总结出一套有效且易于推广的临床治疗方案。方法:通过计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中《中国针灸》《针刺研究》《针灸临床杂志》及《上海针灸杂志》四大国内针灸杂志中2003年1月-2013年12月近10年针灸治疗腹型肥胖症的相关文献,对文献中针灸疗法选用情况、针灸治疗选穴、治疗效果等多方面进行系统分析。结果:针灸治疗腹型肥胖症最常用10个腧穴依次为:天枢、中脘、大横、足三里、关元、气海、三阴交、丰隆、水道、水分。最常用5个耳穴依次为:内分泌、胃、饥点、脾、神门。最常用治疗方法依次为:电针疗法、体针疗法、耳压疗法、穴位埋线疗法。平均总有效率从高到低依次为:电针结合耳压疗法、针刺结合耳压疗法、电针疗法、针刺疗法。结论:腹部电针结合耳压疗法治疗腹型肥胖症效果较好,而且操作简单、绿色经济、易于推广,不失为腹型肥胖症的临床适宜治疗方法。

Objective： Through the analysis of the literature about acupuncture and moxibustion on treating abdominal obesity, we hope to sum up a set of effective clinical treatment plan, which was easy to popularize. Methods： Abdominal obesity related literature in the recent 10 years, namely, from January 2003 to December 2013, in Chinese acupuncture, Acupuncture Research, Clinical Journal of Acupuncture and Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion were collected through computer retrieval of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP database. The acupuncture and moxibustion therapy selection, acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint selection, treatment effect, etc. literatures were systemically analyzed. Results： The most commonly used 10 acupoints in the acupuncture treatment of abdominal obesity were Tianshu, Zhongwan, Daheng, Zusanli and Guanyuan, Qihai, Sanyinjiao, Fenglong, Shuidao and Shuifen. The most commonly used 5 ear points were Neifenmi, Wei, Jidian, Pi and Shenmen. The most commonly used treatment methods were electro-acupuncture therapy, acupuncture, auricular therapy, acupoint catgut embedding therapy. On average, the efficiency from high to low in turn were electro acupuncture plus auricular therapy, acupuncture plus auricular therapy, electro acupuncture therapy, acupuncture therapy. Conclusion： The abdominal acupuncture plus auricular pressure therapy had a better effect on abdominal obesity. Moreover, the operation was simple, economical and easy to popularize. It can be regarded as a suitable method for the treatment of abdominal obesity.
