尿毒清颗粒联合前列地尔对慢性肾功能不全急性加重患者治疗效果观察

Effects of uremic granule with alprostadil on chronic renal insufficiency in acute exacerbation

目的:观察尿毒清颗粒联合前列地尔对慢性肾功能不全急性加重患者治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的慢性肾功能不全急性加重患者64例,随机编号并分为两组,对照组和研究组各32例,在常规组治疗基础上,对照组应用前列地尔,研究组在对照组基础上加用尿毒清颗粒,两组均连续治疗2周。比较两组患者临床疗效,并观察治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率93.75%显著高于对照组71.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组SCr、BUN、Cys C水平较治疗前均有降低,Ccr、24h尿量较治疗前均有升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组变化程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。24h尿蛋白比较,治疗前后组内差异、治疗后组间差异相比均无差异统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用尿毒清颗粒联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能不全急性加重,临床疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性高,可用于临床应用推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of uremic granule with alprostadil on chronic renal insufficiency in acute exacerbation. Methods： 64 cases treated in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 32 cases in each group. The control group was given alprostadil and routine treatment; and the study group was given uremic granule more, for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy was compared, and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the study group was 93.75%, was significantly higher than 71.88% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, SCr, BUN and Cys C levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment; Ccr, 24 h urine volume in two groups were increased（P〈0.05）, and the improvement in the study group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference in 24 h urine protein between two groups and before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Uremic granule with alprostadil had a significant clinical effect on chronic renal insufficiency in acute exacerbation, with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,.
