黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:将2016年4月-2017年4月在我院脾胃病科治疗的98例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用黄芪建中汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、复发情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.92%,较对照组的79.59%显著上升,组间差异统计学意义明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组,组间差异统计学意义明显(P<0.05);观察组复发率明显低于对照组,组间差异统计学意义明显(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果确切,能有效缓解症状,促进溃疡面的愈合,减少复发,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric ulcer due to deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods： 98 cases in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups; the control group received conventional western medicine treatment, while the observation group received the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction. Clinical efficacy, the symptom improvement and the recurrence in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.92%, which was significantly higher than 79.59% in the control group; there was a significantly statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The scores of symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; there was a significantly statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group; there was a significantly statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction showed accurate curative effects in treating gastric ulcer due to deficiency of spleen and stomach, and could effectively promote the healing of ulcer surface and reduce recurrence, and with positive clinical significance.
