颈舒颗粒联合平衡针灸对神经根型颈椎病患者生活质量的影响

目的:探究颈舒颗粒联合平衡针灸对神经根型颈椎病患者生活质量的影响。方法:160例神经根型颈椎病病例随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例。治疗组予颈舒颗粒口服联合平衡针灸治疗,对照组予颈舒颗粒口服治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后生活质量(SF36量表)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛VAS评分为(2.23±0.92)分,明显低于对照组(4.36±1.24)分,P<0.05;中医证候疗效评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:颈舒颗粒联合平衡针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病能明显改善患者生活质量、疼痛VAS评分和中医证候评分,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the Jingshu granule with acupuncture on quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 160 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with the Jingshu granule with acupuncture. The control group was treated with oral administration of the Jingshu granule. Results： The scores of the quality of life（SF36） in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The pain VAS score was（2.23±0.92）, was significantly lower than [（4.36±1.24） in the control group, P〈0.05; TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Jingshu granule with acupuncture could significantly improve the quality of life,the VAS score and the TCM syndrome score, and it was worthy of clinical application.
