桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Guizhi plus Gengen decoction on cervical spondylopathy

目的:观察桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效及VAS分值改变。方法:选取2016年4月-2017年4月医院收治的颈型颈椎病患者,共100例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用桂枝加葛根汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.0%,对照组治疗总有效率为72.0%,经χ2检验,χ2=8.03,P=0.019<0.05,差异有统计学意义,两组治疗后VAS评分均显著下降,观察组较对切,可以缓解照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义。结论:桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈椎型颈椎病的临床疗效确病情,促进颈椎功能恢复。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the Guizhi plus Genge decoction on cervical spondylosis and VAS score changes. Methods： 100 cases were divided into the observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment; the observation group took the Guizhi plus Genge decoction more. Results： The total efficiency was 92.0% in observation group, and 72.0% in the control group test, χ2 = 8.03, P = 8.03〈0.05. VAS score were significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were better. Conclusion： The Guizhi plus Genge decoction was effective on cervical spondylopathy, and can promote recovery of cervical functional.
