柴胡龙牡汤对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效影响

Effects of the Chaihu Longmu decoction on advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的:研究柴胡龙牡汤对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效影响。方法:抽取我院2015年1月-2017年1月就诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者72例作为研究对象,并按照随机分组原则将患者分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组进行常规的TP化疗方案进行治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上,联合应用柴胡龙牡汤,比较两组患者疗效情况。结果:观察组的缓解率为69.4%,明显比对照组缓解率44.4%高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者CD3、CD4明显高于治疗前与对照组,CD8明显低于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05);对比各个时期两组患者的症状评分,治疗前与第1个疗程两组无明显差异,在治疗第2个疗程及之后,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡龙牡汤能够显著提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫力,改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of the Chaihu Longmu decoction on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： 72 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects, and divided randomly into the observation group and the control group, 36 cases in each group. The control group received TP conventional chemotherapy; and the observation group received the Chaihu Longmu decoction more; the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： The remission rate in the observation group was 69.4%, was significantly higher than 44.4% in the control group（P〈0.05）; After treatment, CD3, CD4 in the observation group were significantly higher than before treatment and the control group;CD8 was significantly lower than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）; Symptom score in two groups during different periods was compared; there was no significant difference between before treatment and the first course; and in the second course, the symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Chaihu Longmu decoction could significantly improve the immunity of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, enhance the quality of life of patients, and was worthy of popularization and application.
