阶段性康复护理在乳腺癌术后康复期的应用价值评价

Evaluation of the application value of staged rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer

目的:探讨阶段性康复护理在乳腺癌术后康复期的应用价值评价。方法:将2013年1月-2017年1月在我院外科行乳腺癌手术的84例乳腺癌术后康复期患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用阶段性康复护理,比较两组患者的护理效果、上肢功能恢复情况、生活质量。结果:观察组护理优良率为93.18%,较对照组的75%显著提高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后1个月、3个月、6个月上肢功能自我评分明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理状况、情感状况、功能状况、家庭状况、附加关注、总分等生命质量评分明显较对照组改善,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性康复护理在乳腺癌术后康复期的应用效果良好,利于上肢功能的早期恢复,提高术后生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To explore the application value of staged rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation period after breast cancer surgery. Methods： 84 cases in our hospital for breast cancer surgery from January 2013 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups; the control group received routine nursing; the observation group received stage rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects, upper limb functional recovery and quality of life of patients in two groups were compared. Results： The nursing excellent rate in the observation group was 93.18%, significantly higher than 75% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）. The upper limb function self rating in the observation group in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months was significantly higher than that in the control group; with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The physiological status, emotional status, functional status, family status, additional attention and total score of life quality scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of staged rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation stage of breast cancer was good, which was beneficial to the early recovery of upper limb function and the improvement of postoperative quality of life, and with positive clinical significance.
