以过硫酸盐为氧化剂的微波高级氧化技术在杀菌方面的应用 被引量:4

摘要 过硫酸氢钾(Oxone,2KHSO_5×KHSO_4×K_2SO_4)和过硫酸钾(K_2S_2O_8)均能在微波作用下产生硫酸根自由基,但二者生成的硫酸根自由基的原理和杀菌效果一直未被深入研究。论文考察了Oxone和过硫酸钾在有无微波存在的情况下对压载水中微生物的杀灭率,比较了微波-Oxone和微波-过硫酸钾的杀灭率,并探讨了二者生成硫酸根自由基原理。结果表明:当微波密度为0.042 W×cm^(-3),辐射50 s时,Oxone在投加量为15 mg×L^(-1)的条件下,杀灭率即达到了100%,而过硫酸钾的杀灭率仅为78.53%。与传统氯消毒工艺比较,微波-Oxone法杀菌用时短,效果好,没有消毒副产物生成。 Potassium peroxymonosulfate(Oxone,2KHSO_5×KHSO_4×K_2SO_4) and persulfate(K_2S_2O_8) can form sulfate radicals under microwave. However, mechanism and sterilization efficiency of sulfate radicals are not well studied. In this work, sterilization efficiency of Oxone and K_2S_2O_8 with and without microwave treatments were studied and compared, and formation mechanism of sulfate radicals were discussed. The results show that when studied under microwave density of 0.042 W×cm^(-3), radiation time of 50 seconds and Oxone concentration of 15 mg×L^(-1), the sterilization efficiency of microwave-Oxone and microwave-K2 S2 O8 are 100% and 78.53%, respectively. Microwave-Oxone is better than traditional chlorine disinfection methods in treating ballast water with shorter time, higher efficiency and no disinfection byproducts.
