摘要
服务外包是最新成长起来的产业,能够带动产业结构升级、保持经济的可持续发展。本文选取影响河南省承接服务外包发展的主要因素,建立计量模型,运用Eviews6.0进行模型估计和定量分析,并据此提出了促进河南省进一步承接国际服务外包的对策建议,要进一步完善基础设施建设、提高劳动生产率、加大高素质人才培养、提高管理水平以创造良好的服务外包环境。
The service outsourcing is a new developing industry,it can promote industrial structure upgrade and maintain sustainable economic development. This paper selects the main factors affecting Henan province to undertake service outsourcing,and then builds the econometric model,Uses Eviews6.0 to estimate the model,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further undertaking of international service outsourcing in Henan province,for example,Henan province should further improve infrastructure construction and labor productivity,emphasize training high quality talents and improve the management level in order to create better environment of service outsourcing.
