高校隐性思想政治教育实践路径的构建

CONSTRUCTION OF PRACTICAL PATH TO RECESSIVE IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION IN UNIVERSITY

隐性思想政治教育促进了学生思想素质的提高,增强了思想政治教育的实效性,但在高校的实践过程中,出现了重视不够、途径单一、教育者自身素质限制等因素,影响了实践效果的发挥。因此,要从思想上重视、增强理论研究、扎实开展实践活动、建设校园文化环境、提高教育者素质等方面来构建高校隐性思想政治教育的实践路径。

Recessive ideological and political education promotes students' ideological quality,and enhances the effectiveness of ideological and political education. But from the current practice in Universities,there occurs some factors such as inadequate attention,simplex approaches,and limitation of educators' own quality. All the factors combined affect the effects of the practice,which restricts the effectiveness of practice. Therefore,we should put emphasis on thought,enhance theoretical study,promote practical activities,set up a good campus environment,and improve the quality of educators. These are all the necessary things that can construct the practical paths of recessive ideological and political education in University.
