河南省科技创新人才培养机制研究

EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF INNOVATION ABILITY CULTIVATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION TALENTS IN HENAN

有效的科技创新人才培养机制是提高科技创新人才创新意愿、创新能力和创新产出的加速器,是实现区域经济跨越式、大幅度创新发展的有力支撑。为了有针对性地构建河南省科技创新人才培养机制,本文在实地调研的基础上,实证了影响河南省科技创新人才培养的关键因素,在河南省科技创新人才培养方面提出了建立完善的教育培养机制、构建良好的内外部环境机制、建立完善的人才发展机制和人才管理机制等措施。

In order to improve the innovation ability of scientific and technological innovation talents in Henan province,this paper studies the influencing factors from five aspects of personal factors,talent attracting factors,talent system,talent environment and talent development with empirical method. Using the software SPSS19.0,it verified that the personal factors,talent environment and talent development have significant positive correlation on the innovation ability of scientific and technological innovation talents in Henan Province. Then it analysis the key influencing factors to enhancing the innovation ability of scientific and technological innovation talents.
