摘要
以PLC为控制器,Pt100为温度传感元件,AI-808仪表为变送单元,固态继电器为执行元件设计了水箱温度控制硬件系统;利用PLC自带的PID软模块以及PULSEGEN软模块设计了相应程序;系统输出脉宽可调信号控制固态继电器的通断,从而实现对水箱水温的加热过程;利用力控组态软件设计了人机界面,可以通过上位机对系统进行监控;最后对系统进行了控制效果验证,结果表明:系统能很好地跟踪设定值,稳态误差少于0.5%。
Hardware system is consisted of PLC,temperature sensor Pt100,transmitting unit AI-808,execution component SSR; Then this paper design the corresponding program based on PID module of PLC and PULSEGEN module; The system produce PWM signals that control on-off times of SSR,So as to realize heating process of water tank temperature control system; In addition,Force Control configuration software is used to design the man-machine interface which can monitor system through host PC; Finally,a prototype is produced and the results show that the system can well track the set value,steady-state error of the temperature is less than 0. 5%.
