基于突变级数的城市生态文明建设效果评价--以马鞍山市为例 被引量:1

摘要 生态文明建设已成为一项国家发展战略,以马鞍山市为例,构建由自然环境、社会环境、人口因素3个子系统组成的评价指标体系。采用突变级数法,通过对影响要素进行无量纲化和归一化处理,建立马鞍山生态文明建设效果评价突变模型。评价结果表明,2005年至2015年期间,马鞍山市生态文明建设水平经过持续低谷期、快速增长期,目前正逐步趋于稳定且达到较高水平。 The construction of ecological civilization has become a national development strategy. Taking Ma'anshan City as an example,the evaluation index system composed of three subsystems of natural environment,social environment and population factor is constructed. Using the mutation series method,through the non-dimensional impact of the elements and normalized treatment,the establishment of Ma'anshan ecological civilization construction effect evaluation mutation model. The results show that from 2005 to 2015,the level of ecological civilization construction in Ma'anshan City has been gradually stabilized and reached a high level after sustained trough and rapid growth period.
