混凝土配合比设计实践过程中若干问题的探讨

摘要 在混凝土配合比设计实践过程中,正确处理设计原则之间的关系,合理选择设计参数,根据现行设计规程采用拌合物表观密度法或者体积法均可求出初步配合比,经过试配调整后得到实验室配合比,再按照现场砂石含水率转换成为施工配合比。在完成配合比设计的过程中,设计规程和相关规范始终发挥着控制和指导作用,尤其在计算的量值超越规程界限值时,直接按规程限制取值就成为唯一的选择,这种处理模式正是工程技术人员从事技术设计工作时必须遵循的根本原则,并结合具体工程实例进行了分析和探讨。 In the design process of concrete mix,it is vital to correctly handle the relationship between the design principles,to choose the reasonable design parameters,and to be based on the current design procedures by the current methods of mixture density or volume to calculate the preliminary mixture ratio. After adjusting the tests,the mix proportions in the laboratory can be obtained. Then turn the proportion of sand moisture content into the construction proportion. In the process of completing the mix design,the design procedures and the relevant specifications play the role of control and guidance all the time,especially when calculating the value surpasses the boundary value,the limit value becomes the only option. This mode is the basic principle that engineering and technical personnel must obey. Combined with specific engineering example,we will analyze and discuss it.
