摘要
充填接顶率直接影响和决定采矿安全程度和充填成本高低,水泥用量直接决定采矿成本,使用膨胀充填材料能有效地提高接顶率、降低水泥用量。概述了膨胀材料在土建、交通、石油、采矿等行业的研究现状,分析膨胀材料在应用中存在的几点问题,针对研究现状及存在的问题对膨胀充填材料的研究提出几点建议。
The rate of roof-contact filling directly impacts and determines mining safety and filling costs,the amount of cement directly determines the mining cost,the use of expandable filling material can effectively improves the jacking rate and reduces the amount of cement. This paper summarizes the current research situation of expandable material in civil engineering,transportation,petroleum and mining,analyzes some problems in the application of expandable materials. Finally,aiming at the research status and existing problems,some suggestions are put forward for the study of expansion filling materials.
