铱加压渣除铅工艺的探索试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要阐述在铑铱加压浸出的基础上,对高含铅的铑铱加压渣进行氢氧化钠和EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)脱铅试验研究,考察两种不同除铅试剂在浸出过程中的铅浸出率和贵金属损失率,达到降低加压渣中铅含量,提高铑铱精矿品位,减少铅对后续萃取分离工序的影响的目的。通过试验表明,采用EDTA比氢氧化钠脱铅效果好,EDTA脱铅的最佳浓度为200 g/L,铅的脱除率为78.9%,渣率为70%,脱铅液中贵金属含量为0.00x g/L。 This paper mainly elaborates on the basis of the rhodium iridium pressurized leaching, rhodi-um iridium pressure of high lead slag sodium hydroxide and EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) to take off the lead test research, the study of two different reagent in addition to lead in the lead in the process of leaching leaching rate and loss rate of precious metals, to reduce pressure of lead slag, im-proves the grade of rhodium iridium concentrate, leads to reduce the impact on the subsequent extraction separation process. The purpose of Experiments shows that the EDTA than sodium hydroxide lead off effect is good, EDTA to take off the lead, the best concentration of 200 g/L , lead removal rate was 78. 9% , the slag rate was 7 0 % , the precious metal content in the molten lead off of 0. 00 x g/L.
