高校转型背景下应用型人才培养模式的构建研究

RESEARCH ON THE COUNTERMEASURE OF THE APPLIED TALENTS CULTIVATION MODE UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF THE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES TRANSFORMATION

一批普通本科高校向着应用型方向转型,是我国教育部的直接要求,也是我国经济社会发展的客观需要。本文基于高校转型背景下,从高校应用型人才培养所面临的问题入手,从宏观和微观两个维度总结这些问题产生的深层原因,在此基础上探索了高校应用型人才培养模式的构建路径,并提出了一些科学的对策和建议,希望为高校应用型人才培养提供一些理论支持,进而能全面推动高校的转型发展。

A group of general undergraduate colleges toward to the transformation of the applied direction,which is the direct demand by the Chinese Ministry of Education,it is also the objective requirement of the Chinese social economy development. Under the background of the Colleges and Universities transformation,this article starts from the facing problems of the cultivation of the Colleges and Universities applied talents,from the macroscopic and microscopic dimensionality to summarize the deep-seated reasons produced by these problems,on this base,it explores the construction path for the cultivation mode of the Colleges and Universities applied talents,and puts forward some scientific counter measures and suggestions,hope can provide some theoretical supports for the applied talents of the Colleges and Universities,so as to roundly promote the transformation development of the Colleges and Universities.
