The Application of Whole Life Cycle Service System for TBM Tools in “Han River-Weihe River Basin Water Diversion” Project

"引汉济渭"工程中硬岩隧道掘进机(TBM)施工段地质构造十分复杂,TBM刀具失效形式多样,本文介绍了一种新型的服务体系,该服务体系将给用户提供一个统一的、扩展的企业协同方法,将产品的流程数据信息纳入产品全生命周期服务体系,并应用于产品从设计、生产到客户使用的全过程,提升了TBM的掘进效率和施工安全系数,同时促使刀具产品性能不断优化。

During the project of ＂Han River-Weihe River Basin Water Diversion＂, in construction sections where the rock tunnel boring machines（TMB） are used, the geologic structures are extremely complicated, resulting in many failure forms of TBM tools. An innovative service system, detailed in the paper, will provide users a unified and extended corporation collaborative method to incorporate the process data of a product into its whole life cycle service system and use them in the complete life of a product from its design, production to its application. The service system improves the tunneling efficiency and construction safety factors, while driving the tools ＇ performance to undergo uninterrupted refine.
