摘要
目的:分析不同产地当归中的有效成分的差异。方法:收集不同产地的当归,使用HPLC法对其中的阿魏酸以及藁本内酯的含量进行测定,同时使用水蒸气蒸馏法对其中的挥发油含量进行测定。结果:不同产地的当归中,其阿魏酸、藁本内酯以及总挥发油量的差异均显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同产地的当归中,阿魏酸、藁本内酯以及总挥发油量有着显著差异。
Objective To analyze differences of effective ingredient of Danggui from different areas. Methods： Danggui from diferent areas were collected. The content of ferulic acid and ligustilide was determined by HPLC. The volatile oil content was determined by steam distillation. Conclusions： The ferulic acid content, the ligustilide content and the volatile oil content in Danggui from diferent areas show signifcant diferences （P〈0.05）. 【
