The differences of characteristic and microstructure between cultivated and wild Fangfeng

目的:对比中药防风栽培品与野生品药材性状显微组织的差异。方法:从六个省区分别选取防风样品,对其药材性状以及显微组织进行对比。结果:中药防风栽培品与野生品在药材性状和显微组织上存在较大的差异性。结论:可以通过对比根横切面韧皮部油管环数以及外观差异对这两者进行鉴别。

Objective To compare the characteristic and microstructure between cultivated and wild Fangfeng. Methods： The samples of Fangfeng were selected from six provinces; their characteristic and microstructure were compared. Results： There were significant diferences in the characteristic and microstructure between cultivated and wild Fangfeng. Conclusion： The cultivated and wild Fangfeng can be identifed by comparing the number of phloem tubing in root cross section and the appearance.
