少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗痛经的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating dysmenorrhea with the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction plus acupuncture

目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的疗效。方法:将60例辨证属寒凝血瘀型原发型痛经患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,治疗组采用少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸进行治疗,对照组采用单纯口服少腹逐瘀汤进行治疗。连用3个月经周期后观察疗效。结果:采用少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗痛经疗效优于单独使用少腹逐瘀汤的疗效,两组患者的总有效率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对原发性痛经患者使用少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗的效果更好。

Objective To observe the effects of the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction with acupuncture on dysmenorrhea. Methods： 60 cases were divided into the control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction with acupuncture; the control group received the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction. Results：The total efciency in the treatment group is better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Shaofu Zhuyu decoction with acupuncture on dysmenorrhea showed better clinical efects.
