针灸绿色治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎体会

Experience for treating acute simple appendicitis by acupuncture

目的:观察针刺阑尾穴治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎的疗效。方法:将56例急性单纯性阑尾炎患者分为观察组和对照组,各28例,观察组采用针灸治疗,对照组采用西医抗炎治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为93%,治愈率为82%,平均治愈天数为4d;对照组总有效率为82%,治愈率为71%,平均治愈天数为7d。结论:针灸治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎具有见效快,疗程短,安全经济,并发症少的特点。

Objective To observe the curative efect of acupuncture at Lanwei point on acute simple appendicitis. Methods： 56 cases were divided into the observation group and control group, 28 cases in each. The observation group adopt acupuncture; the control group was treated with western medicine of anti-in？ammatory. Results： The efciency in the observation group was 93%, cured of 82%, 4 days of average cured; and those indexes were 83%, 70% and 7 days respectively in the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture on acute simple appendicitis showed quick efects, with short course and safety, and was economic.
