摘要
目的:分析针灸与吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取100例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分成研究组和对照组各50例。研究组采用针灸与吞咽训练进行治疗,对照组采用电刺激与吞咽训练进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为86%,对照组为68%,P<0.05,两组之间存在差异。结论:针灸与吞咽训练联合能有效地对脑卒中吞咽障碍进行治疗。
Objective To analyze efects of acupuncture plus swallowing training on dysphagia after stroke. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into the study group and control group, 50 cases in each. The study group was treated by acupuncture plus swallowing training; the control group treated by electrical stimulation and swallowing training. Results： The total efciency was 86% in the study group and 68% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus swallowing training on dysphagia after stroke is efective.
