体外培育牛黄治疗鼻咽癌放化疗所致急性口腔黏膜炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating acute oral mucositis from radiotherapy and chemicaltherapy with ICCB

目的:观察体外培育牛黄治疗鼻咽癌放化疗所致急性口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将近期收治的64例鼻咽癌患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组32例。所有患者进行放化疗+漱口液治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用体外培育牛黄口服,1瓶/次,2次/d。放化疗结束后,采用RTOG分级标准和VRS标准来比较两组患者急性口腔黏膜炎反应程度及口腔疼痛程度。结果:治疗组口腔黏膜反应发生的时间延迟,发生的程度减轻,2级和3级疼痛的发生率均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组临床总有效率相似,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌放化疗患者在常规漱口液治疗基础上加用体外培育牛黄可显著减轻口腔黏膜反应程度及口腔疼痛程度,并延迟口腔黏膜反应发生时间。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ICCB on acute oral mucositis from radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods： 64 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. All patients were given radiotherapy and chemotherapy plus rinse; the treatment group was given ICCB more, 1 bottle per time, 2 times per day. After radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the degree of acute oral mucositis and oral pain in both groups were compared by RTOG classifcation criteria and VRS criteria. Results： Time of oral mucosal response was shorter; level of oral mucositis and grade 2 and grade 3 pain were lower in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. The clinical efcacy in two groups did not show a statistically signifcant diference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Rinse plus ICBB on oral mucositis from nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy was efective, by signifcantly reducing the degree of oral mucosal response and oral pain, and delaying the time of oral mucosal reaction.
