中西医结合治疗慢性广泛型牙周炎126例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究中西医结合治疗慢性广泛型牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年1月在我院治疗的慢性广泛型牙周炎患者126例,随机均分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用甲硝唑和抗生素治疗,试验组在此治疗基础上给予中药辨证论治,连服3周,观察比较两组的临床疗效及一些生化指标,并进行统计学分析。结果:试验组的治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的BOP、PI、PD、GI均有改善,试验组较对照组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性广泛型牙周炎临床效果显著,BOP、PI、PD、GI改善明显,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore clinical efects of the integrative medicine on chronic periodontitis. Methods: A total of 126 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with metronidazole and antibiotics. The experimental group was treated by TCM syndrome diferentiation more. The treatment lasted for 3 weeks. Results: The therapeutic efects in the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically signifcant diference (P〈0.05). After treatment, the BOP, PI, PD and GI in groups were improved; the improvement was more obvious in the experimental group, P〈0.05. Conclusion: The clinical efects of the integrative medicine on chronic extensive periodontitis is signifcant; and the improvement of BOP, PI, PD and GI is obvious; the therapy was worth clinical promotion.
