自拟理肺化瘀方治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Treating bronchial asthma with the Lifei Huayu prescription

目的:观察自拟理肺化瘀方治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:选取2015年9月-2016年10月我院收治的支气管哮喘患者96例为研究样本,随机分为试验组(n=48)和参照组(n=48),参照组采取常规治疗,试验组予以自拟理肺化瘀方治疗。观察两组疗效、肺功能以及复发率。结果:试验组患者临床疗效、肺功能以及复发率与参照组比较有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:自拟理肺化瘀方治疗支气管哮喘的疗效显著,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe clinical efcacy of the Lifei Huayu prescription on bronchial asthma. Methods： 96 patients in our hospital were divided into 2 groups, 48 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment; the experimental group was given the Lifei Huayu prescription. Results： There were statistically signifcant diference in clinical efciency, lung function and recurrence between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Lifei Huayu prescription on bronchial asthma shows a good efect.
