混合痔术后便秘患者应用增液汤化裁配合穴位按摩的治疗效果分析

An effect of the Zengye decoction plus massage on astriction after operation of mixed hemorrhoids

目的:研究增液汤化裁联合穴位按摩辨治混合痔术后便秘的治疗效果。方法:选择2014年5月-2015年6月我院接诊的58例混合痔术后便秘患者,按照随机数表法均分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予患者酚酞片进行治疗,研究组给予患者增液汤化裁联合穴位按摩辨治进行治疗。分别观察两组治疗前后的排便情况和术后生活质量。结果:研究组患者术后便秘治疗的总有效率为93.1%,对照组为72.4%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.3500,P=0.0370)。且研究组治疗之后的排便间隔时间和每次排便持续时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者术后生活质量也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后便秘采用增液汤化裁与穴位按摩配合治疗,效果良好,安全无害,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To study the efects of the Zengye decoction plus massage on astriction after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： 58 patients were randomly divided into the study group and control group. The control group was treated with phenolphthalein tablets; the study group were given the Zengye decoction plus massage. The defecation status and quality of life were observed. Results： The total efciency was 93.1% in the study group and 72.4% in the control group, with a statistically signifcant diference （χ2=4.3500, P =0.0370）. The interval time and duration time of defecation were signifcantly shorter in the study group （P〈0.05）; the quality of life was signifcantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zengye decoction plus massage on astriction after operation of mixed hemorrhoids shows a good efect, with safe and harmless, is worthy of promotion.
