消炎利胆片联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗慢性胆囊炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic cholecystitis with the Xiaoyan Lidan tablet plus the Longdan Xiegan decoction

目的:观察中药龙胆泻肝汤联合消炎利胆片治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:将100例患者随机分为实验组50例和对照组50例,对照组给予消炎利胆片治疗,实验组在消炎利胆片的基础上联合龙胆泻肝汤进行调理,共治疗3个疗程,观察两组患者治疗效果、症状体征及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后两组临床症状总有效率分别为90.00%、66.00%;治疗优良率分别为88.00%、64.00%;各组数据均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药龙胆泻肝汤联合消炎利胆片治疗慢性胆囊炎能够提高治疗效果,并减少不良反应。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the Longdan Xiegan decoction plus the Xiaoyan Lidan tablet on chronic cholecystitis, and to explore its mechanism. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, 50 cases for each. The control group was given the Xiaoyan Lidan tablet. The treatment group received the Longdan Xiegan decoction more. The treatment lasted for 3 courses. Results： After treatment, clinical efciency of the clinical symptoms in groups were 90.00% and 66.00% respectively; Excellent rate of treatment was 88.00% and 64.00% respectively. Each data has a signifcant diference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Longdan Xiegan decoction plus the Xiaoyan Lidan tablet on chronic cholecystitis can improve the efects, and reduce adverse reactions.
