百合乌药汤与平胃散加减用于浅表性胃炎患者治疗中的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of the Baihe Wuyao decoction plus Pingwei San on superficial gastritis

目的:着重于分析运用百合乌药汤与平胃散加减治疗浅表性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法:将我院2014年2月-2016年5月收治的80例浅表性胃炎患者按随机数字法分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组采用百合乌药汤与平胃散加减治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:百合乌药汤与平胃散加减治疗浅表性胃炎效果确切,症状能够迅速消退,临床应用价值极高。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the Baihe Wuyao decoction plus Pingwei San on superficial gastritis. Methods： 80 cases were divided into the experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group took the Baihe Wuyao decoction plus Pingwei San; the control group took conventional treatment. Results： The total efciency was 97.5% in the experimental group and 72.5% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Baihe Wuyao decoction plus Pingwei San was efective on superfcial gastritis, by relieving symptoms, with higher value.
